Note: Our toys are designed to be loved by all sized dogs, big and small. However, how long they last will depend on your dog's chew strength and play style.

How the toy works: The two sides of the barrel are constructed differently - one side with larger holes to allow for more flexibility, and one with smaller holes to make the toy more rigid. The ball can be freed at the side of the larger holes, with the right technique and without too much force, whereas the opposite side provides more of a challenge.
Caution: Never leave your dog unattended during play. Discard toy if disassembled, or a potential choking hazard presents itself. Not suitable for dogs that persistently chew, engage toys with forceful chewing (chewing that consists of more than simple gnawing), or engage toys consistently with chewing (unless the chewing action is soft). If your dog has a long, thin snout, they may find the ball easier to retrieve. If your dog becomes overly excited while trying to retrieve the tennis ball, calm them down before continuing play, as excessive excitement may lead to the barrel being destroyed. If you notice a fault before the toy is provided to the dog, please make sure to take an image of the fault before offering the toy to the dog, and contact our customer service.
Cleaning Instructions: Top rack dishwasher-safe. Please remove tennis ball prior to washing.

Yes! Part of the fun for your dog is they're able to retrieve it with some hard work. The tennis ball can then be placed back in the barrel.
Yes. Any standard size tennis ball will fit this toy.
Yes. All of our toys are safe and recommended for dogs of any age. Be sure to always monitor playtime, and discard any disassembled pieces to avoid choking hazards. We recommend puppies begin to play with toys at 4-5 weeks old. All play should be monitored, whether they're a puppy or an adult dog, to prevent injury.
