Will this suit my dog?
Our toys are designed to be loved by all sized dogs, big and small. However, how long they last will depend on your dog's chew strength and play style.
The level of difficulty will vary from dog to dog. Some trends we notice are dogs with narrower snouts are more likely to see success quicker, as well as dogs bread for retrieval, such as Spaniels. Although this does not always apply as every dog is unique!
How durable is this toy?
How long the Tennis Toss will last depends on your dog's chew strength and play style!
The barrel of the Tennis Toss is made from a natural rubber. This material can take occassional chewing, however regular or strong chewing can cause damage to the barrel. If your dog does like to engage toys with chewing, we would caution against use of this toy (or at minimum, unattended use).
If your dog becomes overly excited while trying to retrieve the tennis ball, calm them down before continuing play, as excessive excitement may lead to the barrel being destroyed.
Never leave your dog unattended during play. Discard toy if disassembled, or a potential choking hazard presents itself.
